To help us get to the bottom your problem, include your debugging code in your email.

How to find your debugging code

  1. On your iPhone, open the Empirical Health app, go to the Today Tab, then Settings (gear icon in top-left).
  2. Tap on "Debugging info". You'll see your 6-digit debugging code (see screenshot below).
