I see a message "We're still analyzing your sleep". What should I do?
It may take an hour or two after you wake up in the morning for your sleep data to be ready.
If an hour or two has passed, then first, try refreshing your data. Open Empirical Sleep, navigate to the Today tab, tap the ☰ icon at the bottom of the screen, and choose refresh in the menu that appears:
If that doesn't work, then check your settings in the Health App to make sure sleep, heart, and activity data is being shared with Empirical Sleep:
- Open the Health app on your iPhone.
- Tap on the Sharing tab, then tap on "Apps", then "Empirical Sleep".
- You should see all forms of health data enabled (the toggles will be green and appear set to the right). If not, enable each form of data or tap on "Turn on all". Your settings should look like screenshot at right.
- Go back to Empirical Sleep and refresh your data (as done above)
