Is Empirical covered by health insurance?

For most insurers, Empirical is cash pay. You can use your HSA and FSA.

Starting in July 2026, Empirical Health will be covered by Medicare through a new cardiovascular program. We hope other private insurers will create similar programs so that insurance coverage expands over time.
