I don't see my health data. How do I fix it?

When you first download Empirical Health or Empirical Sleep, we request permission to access your Apple Watch data. But sometimes this doesn't work. If you see a message that says "Your health data is missing," you may need to double-check settings in the Health app.

Here's how to check your health permissions.

Open the Health app on your iPhone, then tap the Sharing Tab

Once you're on the sharing tab, scroll down to find "Apps and Services".

Tap "Apps & Services", then "Empirical Health".

Tap "Turn on All"

Tap on "Turn on All" (below), and check that all data sources are turned on (green).

Last, go back to Empirical Health and refresh your data.
