How to delete your account

To delete your account, email [email protected]. Include either your debugging code OR the email address you used to sign in.

When you email us, we'll delete as much data as legally allowed. However, please note that state laws often require us to retain medical records for a certain number of years. For example, in Florida, physicians are required to keep medical records for five years after the last patient contact; in North Carolina, the period is 11 years. We'll follow the data retention laws of your local jurisdiction.
